Pastiche Photography

Anna’s pastiche photographs of famous works of art started off as her homage to Art History.

She soon discovered that other people liked them too - there is something about having a picture hanging on your wall that looks like your favourite old master but which is also an original contemporary piece of art.

The best art is rich in interpretation and holds nuances and meanings that can be updated and transferred to our modern age of digital photography.

Anna’s pastiches have hung in the Royal Academy, the South West Academy and in commercial galleries.

They look good hanging all together as an installation, but work individually too.
